Return & Refund Policy

At Luavale Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used skincare products.
  
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luavalebeauty.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  

Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
